At Yours Truly, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. As a small-batch brand, we produce our items in limited quantities and therefore all orders are considered final sale.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We kindly encourage customers to review their order details carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at info@yourstruly.ae 

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll do our best to assist accordingly.

Personalized Orders

All customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or exchanged after purchase.
